RESERVATION POLICY
- A deposit of 50% is required at time of booking.
- We accept deposits on Visa, Mastercard or Cash.
- Deposits can be refunded; less $30.00 Service Charge if cancellation is recieved in writing by Nutimik Lodge 45 days prior to confirmed arrival date.
- Payment is required in full upon registration with cash, credit card or Interac only.
- Reservations are non-transferable.
- Registrants who cancel less than 48 hrs prior to schedule arrival time will be responsible for balance of agreement.
- Resort Facilities are for the use of Registered Guest Only.
- Days lost through late arrival or early departure will be charged at the regular rate.
- Rates my be subject to change without notice. Rates are in Canadian Funds, subject to provincial sales tax and GST.
- Your verbal authorization to use your credit card number indicates your compliance with our booking terms and conditions.
